Our Psychologists are so awesome that it is sometimes hard to book in with them, but we do our best to get you in as quickly as possible! Please see the profiles of each psychologist to see what type of sessions are offered. If there is a call-to-book label it simply means that there is a limited availability for those sessions. This will change dynamically as new clients are taken on, and as existing clients graduate, so check back frequently. We also offer wait lists for both new and existing clients.

The trick to getting through difficult times is to stay connected. But sometimes connection can feel out of reach. When life feels too chaotic, or even too dull, we can lose touch with other peopleâand with ourselves.
Maybe youâre exhausted from dealing with circumstances beyond your control. Or maybe your brain never slows downâyou bounce back and forth between fight and flight and canât seem to settle. Maybe you know perfectly well why youâre struggling, but feel stuck in the same patterns. Thatâs not a personal failure! Itâs a nervous system doing its best to cope.
I take a collaborative and holistic approach to therapy. This means weâll work together to identify the problems holding you back and then act on implementing solutions that honor where youâre at right now. My style is gentle, direct, informative, and engaged. Iâll tell you what I know that might help, then roll up my sleeves and dig through the muck alongside you.
I enjoy working with trauma, emotion regulation, anxiety, ADHD and other forms of neurodivergence, including the unique struggles that come along with being gifted or high intelligence. In session, weâll spend some of our time talking through whatâs going on for you, just like youâd expect in therapy. The rest of the time weâll focus on shifting your experience at a nervous system level. This approach tends to work especially well for folks who have sensitive systems or have lived through overwhelming experiences.
